How do you send a photo or program to your phone???

4 replies · 2,881 views · Started 22 May 2003

Whenever I send a photo or program to my 3650 it always says that it is just a text message and I can never get to the pictures or programs. How do I make my message from my computer to my phone not a text message, rather a multimedia message or such? Thanks for the help!

Your mobile operator has to turn the function ON for you to get it work, I usually goes that you send a message (something like mms Nokia3650) to you operators service nr, and then they send you a mms profile for your phone, that was how I did it when I turned on my mms function.

Hopes that it helps.

What do you mean? Did you try opening the files you sent? example, if you send a picture, your phone receives it like a text message and you just open it and save it. Are you using IR or BT? This is how it usually works.

Whenever I send a message it just has the name of the subject in the email and it doesn't say that I even sent an attachment. I am connected with M Mode.

ah ok... you're using email! I've tried reading my mail with attachment... but you have to click something before you can actually see the attachment. They are separated from your email text message.

anyway, I'm not an expert on this coz I transfer files from PC to phone using bluetooth.
