Hi, I need help, because while i was installing a java application, my nokia 3650 phone stopped to run (there was a brake system I think, and all was blocked!..so I opened it and removed the battery to reset...)...but when I re-turned-on it, it appears "The phone can't be launched. Please contact the shop (or something similar!)...how can I reset the phone even if I can't "enter" the phone? please, answer me!!!!THANKS from italy! 😮ops:

HI,from RUSSIA,but i bought my NOKIA 3650 in ITALY!!!I love it.SO try to:1)turn off the phone.2)remove battery3)remove sim4)remove MMC.Then insert sim,and battery and turn it on.If it didnt help,attach MMC.

If it's "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer", you'd be best to do what it says - contact your retailer, or an NSC.
