What files/information is cached in Documents?

I know notes from Notepad are cached in the Documents folder (or rather their file size is shown in the App.Manager) - but what other information effects the size of this folder ?

My communication log/notes/sent SMS (etc) folders are all empty, but I still have 144B of Documents - what is this data ?

This is the index of your settings in this Prog.
(Delete always,etc)

Do not delete them....
