During the month I've owned the 3650, I've noticed that it has turned off mysteriously (with almost full battery). With my logic, it has either crashed or there is a contact problem with the battery. However, both times it happened, the phone was lying on the table no one even near the phone, so there was no movement which could cause the battery failure. And as the phone has been in my pocket all around without any such problems, I really would rule this option out.
So does anyone know what could cause this? Maybe old firmware (if so, how can I check what is my version)? First time when this happened, I thought my phone just couldn't handle the incoming text message as I immediately received one after starting it up, but in the second time there was no any similar reason available. It's not that serious if it crashes twice in a month, but still I would rather have a phone that handles the idle time 😃
I know that bug,TRY following:1)Clean contacts of sim-card,and contacts on the phone2)remove MMC,also clean contacts on MMC.IF not helped, check yours FW.*#0000#,if is not 2.50,you should upgrade it.
OR what programs did you install on your phone?
I got 2.54 on mine...I talked to a Nokia Rep. If you got it from T-Mobile you might be missing the Call Forwarding option. They said that there would be a firmware update released soon.

Checked my firmware, it is 2.50. Maybe I'll have to try cleaning the contacts...the effect however is hard to see, that shutdown problem still is so rare.
And what comes to my installed programs, currently I have only Triz (that tetris clone) and FExplorer, nothing running on background.
Hm,i have such bug on my N8310..You should go to Service.
yes, better have it checked.
