I bought a new 128 Mb MMC, and want to transfer data from my old MMC to the new. I've formated the 128 Mb MMC in the 9210, but when I try to copy all files on the old MMC via my PC to the new MMC, the MMC is not recognized.
Is there a sort of "diskcopy"-app avaliable?

Are you using an MMC card reader with your PC?
When I upgrade cards, I usually just do the following:
1. Stick the new one in the phone, tell it to format the card.
2. Stick the old card in the PC's card reader, & copy absolutely everything from that to a folder on the PC (including the stuff in the System directory), then remove the card again.
3. Take the new card out of the phone, & stick it in the PC card reader. Copy all the stuff from the old card that's now on the PC onto the new card. Accept any offers it makes to overwrite stuff on the card.
4. Put the new card back in the phone, & that should be it.
