Well i killed my 3650!
I've had my phone for 3 days now and i've just managed to break it (3 days is my new record! 8 days is my old record with my 7650!)
I was installing lots of vids and stuff e.g: RKelly music video, matrix clip, lord of the rings ect. Anywayz they worked fine using hantro, But the sound wasnt that clear so i tried to open it using my realone player and it just froze! I turned it off and back on again and tried it again! Same thing happened it froze! But this time i left it to see if it was just slow becausae it was a big 3gpp file but then it turned off by it's self! 😮 ! I turned it on and i got the whit background with the blue nokia but after 2 secs the writing faded, and that happened about 5 times before it turned off! Now it does that everytime i turn it back on!
Does anyone know what i can do to fix this problem?
P.s i got my phone from the link 3 days ago. I've got the recipt and box n stuff (I've even got the screen protectors on the screen and camera!).
If i take it back what will they do? Replace it, send it away, refund me, FIX IT!

So there is no SYS error,contact the retailer.... just remove ALL(MMC,SIM,)try turn on.Then try to turn on without MMC.And without sim.

Ok.I know that you can also try to turn your 3650 in SAFE MODE,but i dont remember the key,maybe you should press abc button or text editor button.
When that happens, the boot data of the phone is corrupt. You must take the phone to an NSC for repair/replacement.
to boot in safe-mode, press the pencil key while turning on.
The abc/pencil key was the first thing i tried!
Its okay ill take it to the link and make up some bullshit lie (i was taking photos and my battery went dead! Now it wont turn on!)
They have to replace it. I've only had it 3 days!
If they dont ill just get my money back and walk next door to Phones4u and buy one from there!

OMG the same exact thing happend to me!!! I was emailing the apps from my pc to my phone. Most of them were from handango and I saved them as .sis files on my pc. Since I didn't any kind of adapter yet I just decided to email them to the phone. Some of them worked just fine. The next day when I turned the phone on I got that same white background with Nokia slowly flashing across the screen. I had only had the phone for 2 weeks. I called Nokia on the 24th of April and sent it to their service center on the 26th. They have had the damn phone since the 28th and still haven't repaired it. Nokia's solution to everything is a firmware upgrade. And since they don't have the updated software I have to wait.
same thing happened to me when I was backing up my phone and restoring it again using PC Suite!!! I sent it to the retailer and they tried to flash it with the same firmware... nothing still happens! It's been there for like 2 weeks already and they can't still see what the problem is.
I heard one person here saying that he also experienced the same thing and Nokia told him that his bluetooth burnt out! And they can't fix the problem also just by flashing the phone. I don't know if it's true... maybe there's something really wrong with the 3650's hardware since people keep experiencing this without any real reason...
No.. as u boguht it from the link they should replace it straight away... i bought mine from there to its thier policy to give replacement in 28 days... or refund or exchange i tihnk in 14 if ur unhappy wiv it... how ever they could turn their tables and say well u damaged it by overloading.... but then u jus make ur self seem unaware of how u could have done tht lol give it a try neway....
My girlfriend's week-old 3650 started eating up memory, hanging and devouring the battery in about 2 hours from full charge...gave it to Carphone Warehouse as they're the only NSC within miles of me and they've still got it, a month and a half after i sent it in...apparently they sent it to Nokia then nokia tried to fix it and have now sent a replacement to CPW to send back to me...I'm still waiting though, more than a week after they said it would be back for definate...
...guess the moral of the story is try to go directly to NSCs rather than through CPW who send them all to their repair centre first

I told them that i was just reading up on the manual for 3 days and when i went to turn it on it just fucked its self!

Tatuagem, how did you get the RED border on your Stanby Screen? My pics are all evil/scary oriented, and the blue, purple or green borders look like shite!
By the way, dope pic on you standby screen, looks like one of my favorite techno labels - Mankind.
You can extend your Color Palette which includes RED, PINK and ORANGE... it's in Eprofiles.
Just use the trial version of it and change the color palette... and if you uninstall the eprofiles, the color palettes will not be erased.

Search for something called "Pallete extender". I have posted it somewhere here in AAS... It will give you 3 more collors (or is it 4?)...

Thanks. I did it myself using a Canon Ixus and a red cap covering my bedroom's light 😉 I use it everywhere =)

yeah, I discovered it accidentally. was just using the trial version of eProfiles and I changed the Color to pink and I uninstalled the eProfiles and was very happy that the color pink didn't change 😊 and 2 other colors were added also! hehehe!
