DRM and AAS Policy

Let's head this off now. With the DRM issue on Series 60 rearing it's head (and even more problems when the nGage comes out) we need to (a) be sure on our policty on DRM for Wallpapers and Ringtones and (b) make this clear to everyone.

My thoughts are this. Nokia have made DRM part of the Series 60 spec, and that should be respected here. Methods, links to methods, and ways to get around DRM should (IMO) be banned from AAS in the same way as Warez and other Illegal software.

As an author, I'm reasonably behind DRM.

Seems sensible to me. Discussion (i.e. why people dont like it) fine, any specific discussion of disabling (if possible) not allowed.
