Two problems really...
1. When I try to transfer certain files (like .doc or .xls) to my MMC or the phone memory, PC Suite for Nokia 3650 freezes up and just sits there doing nothing. in the end I have to end task it to get it to quit. Is this normal and if so, how can I get some of my .doc files to my phone so I can read it with ReadM
2. I've D/L a couple of games for the 7650, When I try to install em on my 3650 I get and error saying it's not compatible with the phone and the only otion I have is to abort. I thought all 7650 software was compatile with 3650 as long as you stored it in the correct place (i.e phone memory not MMC)
Can anyone shed any light on these problems?

Hmm, strange. I suggest that you try to copy files without using PC Suite, either by Bluetooth, or Wireless Link (if IrDA). Try reinstalling PC Suite afterwards.

What version software are you using? (Press *#0000# to check). On my v2.50, when that appears, I have the option of "Continue" or "Abort" - if you choose Continue, the installation goes on, and works. Check some of the phone settings or security settings to see if there's an option to prompt to continue/abort, rather automatically halting the installation.
