3gp or Realmedia Quality better??

Which video format can play better quality videos??
or do they both have the same quality?? how do i convert videos in to 3gp format?
as when someone uses Infrared or bluetooth to send things to the phone I think it can convert videos in to 3gp but i use a mmc reader.....

In my experience, RealMedia is better quality than 3gp.

3gp have better view quality of video but bad motion between pictures in video. RM have worst quality but better motion.
but 3gp have biggest size

I assume that the Real Player that comes preloaded with the 3650 can play both .RM and .3Gp files? I also understand that the 3650 cannot play Real Media 9.0 files but only Real Media 8.0. Is that correct?

yes,the realplayer only plays only realmedia8 not rm9..
