I purchase Handy Day from Handango and recently download the 3.0 upgrade. However, a serial number is requested for installing the upgrade. I asked Epocware and no reply for 3 days already.
Anybody know where can I register or getting the serial number ?
The serial number, I believe, was in the original e-mail that should have been sent to you by epocware after you registered originally - if you still have it.
If not, Epocware should be sending you an e-mail soon with a reminder. I got mine this morning.
I made the purchase 3 weeks ago. So far only 1 newsletter from Epocware and no reply to my request either. :-?
