I was just want to know which one is better?
can i send mp3's through the bluetooth?
and other files?
and how does it send the files does it send them to the inbox or can i select files to send them in
can i send mp3's bigger then 6 mb on to my phone and other big files??
Id appriciate a quick reply
thanks aot

There are various options.. Sending them to the inbox and using a program like Fexplorer to copy/paste them to where you want to have the MP3's.

or use epocwares PC filemanager to send them to a specific folder, but.. and this is the sad part. The full version does not work with the 3650 :-/ So far I have only managed to get the trial to work. I have also read about others having the same experience.

If there are other ways, I am sure someone else will help us out 😉

With Bluetooth and Nokia PC Suite, you can send whatever you want to the phone, and put it in the correct folder (images, sounds, etc). I still like to have a MMC reader to do a full backup of the MMC every couple of weeks. I haven't had any problems sending "big" files, but then I haven't sent anything really big.

The only way you can send a 10mb attachment to your inbox is if you choose to store your messages on the mmc card. It will take quite a while to send 10mb @ Approx 25kb/sec.

yes, if you have 10mb free on your MMC... then it's possible for sure. Just change the memory in use of your messages to MMC.

ok.....but i thought bluetooth was supposed to be fast :P
ill be going to get the bluetooth in a hour and see if it works

Full version works fine with N3650.

You can send files with PC Suite where ever you want. MMC or phone's memory, doesn't matter.

BlueTooth max. speed is 723KBps/sec.

I just got the nokia 3650 and i am asking myself the exact same question as the topic starter did...

MMC or BT ... does somebody have a idea of the data transfer speeds achieved by blue tooth??

please excuse me for my bad English, i'm from Holland

I have both, i find for smaller files, 5mb and below.. Bluetooth works fine. Anything bigger, its faster to turn off the phone and use the mmc reader. i got the mmc reader before i got bluetooth, and it did become a pain to take apart my phone every time i wanted to send something. But since i have both, it works out great. And my mmc/sd reader only cost $10 at a local best buy.

Okay i was thinking about doing someting like that, it would be nice to see something done about this little problem.

thanx for your reply!

It is not true you can send files anywhere you want with Nokla PC Suite.

Only certain directories are available, many others are hidden.

Use FExplorer, or ...
