Error message : FAILED TO OPEN OUTLOOK.

I am trying to get my contacts into Outlook 2002 but I keep getting FAILED TO OPEN OUTLOOK. Can anyone help ?

Does deleting the synchronization task in PC Suite & recreating it from scratch help?

Nope..tried that.Didn't work. THanks for the suggestion.

Could you screen shot is down what error you encounter?
