Connecting PDA to internet via 3650 using bluetooth?

I have a Dell Axim X5, and a 3650, and have successfully set up the PDA to use the phone as the internet connection (GPRS) via infrared.

But since infrared is not very practical (have to hold phone in one hand - pda in the other), i would like do this using bluetooth.

Is it possible to leave my phone in my pocket, and connect to internet automaticly?

Or do I have to pair the devices first, then go to connect -> modem -> connect via bluetooth - every time i want to connect to the internet?

It would be very cool to set up a connection without even needing to touch the 3650 - and it should be possible since bluetooth can be activated all the time.

Once you pair the devices, and on the phone mark the PC as authorized, and keep Bluetooth turned on, then you don't have to touch the phone in order to make a connection from the paired/authorized PC.

Thanks for your reply...

I was actually aware that, but I am afraid that i have to go in to modem option and activate the modem on the phone every time I want to connect to internet...
