Easy guys - I've seen this problem before!

Crypto, do you still have the box and warranty that came with your phone?

I'd suggest you box it up and take it back to where you bought it, tell them that the cover will not come off and that it's a know problem and that you would like a refund..

YOUR TOO FUCK#ING STUPID TO OWN A PHONE!!
  SHEESSSH THIS MADE ME SICK, AFTER LOOKING AT YOUR AVATAR WALT DISNEY WHAT KIND OF A LIFEFORM ARE YOU, A GOOFY AS_S KISSER, OR MICKE_Y'S CO__CK SUC__KER. GET A LIFE DUDE OR BETTER YET CONSULT WITH A VETERINARIAN BBBBWWWWWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

Crypto - it's not so fuc#ing hard - just push the tab in at the top and peel the thing off, then we can close this thread and all get back to our normal helpfull selves and carry on slagging off Jimmy.
😊

If you your still having trouble getting the cover off then you really are too fu#king stupid, I'm surprised you managed to turn on your PC and get into the internet to even ask the question in the first place! - or do you ask your teacher to log you on?

Have a nice life, chill out, and buy a phone which is not so stressful for you.

I vote on ignoring this thread, or he will just keep increasing the font size and I'll need a bigger screen just to watch him nag about how dumb he is.

Please can we keep this thread on topic? Any more slanging matches and abusive language will result in the thread being closed.

Sheesh, can't we all get along in harmony?

i actually have the solution. i ran into the same problem attempting to take the cover off my attws 3650. i was convinced there had to be more than one tab holding this thing on. trust me guys, you feel pretty embarassed when you're a grown man having trouble with something that's called an 'xpress-on cover'.. so after being laughed at by a few 'technical support' people at nokia, they suggested i take it back to attws... but i called later on about a totally unrelated issue and a very helpful guy told me that there are four tabs holding it in place.

if you push down on the top tab, and pull the face away from the phone

then squeeze on the sides, just between the irda port and the indention in the white region (and equivalent place on the other side),

the cover should pop off with the bottom catch coming off last.

apparently, some 3650s come with the xpress-on covers stiffer than others... i had to apply a great deal of pressure on the sides to get it off. i had been pushing all around the sides, but that half-inch seems to be the magic spot.

hope this helps (and brings peace back to the forums!),

This is what I call a human being in it's rightest form, thanks Maxx I got it and almost broke the darn thing last night because it was so tightly embracing the back part of the phone that even popping the top lock won't even budge a bit but finally got it replaced with my new transparent cover and it looks cool now.

Hey, watch it. I got my phone in yellow. (hehe)
