Wrong alarm settings when syncing with Outlook

I noticed that my alarm settings get screwed up when I sync my P800 with Outlook. The alarms all get set to the time of the event.
E.g. the training lesson is at 12:15, so I set an alarm for 11:45, but after sync it shows to be set to 12:15, too.

Did anyone notice the same thing on their setup?

Outlook 2002 with all service packs, Windows 2000, Sync SW 1.5.1, R2D

Yes, I have had similar problems. I contacted Sony Ericsson support, and they told me to upgrade to the latest PC Suite, but that didn't help. It's still one hour off, but not for all entries, some entries get the correct time. :-?
