phone locked while configuring the "Phonelock software&

Not seen with this product myself - but if you hold down the pencil key whilst switching on it boots the phone into 'safe mode' without running any installed apps.

May get you into the phone again where you can then uninstall it and reinstall and start over..

According to the WildPalm Website you should be able to SMS to your phone, with another phone, and SMS the command UNLOCK along with your password.

Maybe this will work.

I'm using this software, to unlock.. Just simply send an SMS from any phone to the phone that was locked...

The SMS syntax is...

::unlock your-password

ive tried to send an sms to my phone ::unlock pas, but he sent incorrect password backed to me!!
is this case sensitive? my pass is numeric and starts with # 0.
is there any chance to unlock my phone??

Yes, its case sensitive.

Make sure you send the password you set.

Else, i guess no ways to unlock the software.

Do you still have your warranty? If have.. i suggest you to bring your phone to Nokia Service Centre to reload the firmware.. :P

my phone was fixed!! i believe this software has a bug.. that cause my phone to be locked!! i emailed the manufacturer of the software and they sent me the .sis file that would fix and disabled the phonesecure... i don't think nokia can help to unlock this software as they are not the manufacturer of it... and it could not be covered by the warranty as that software is not included in the package.. but anyway im very happy that my issue was resolved!!

as a lesson don't install software that may be harmful to our phone!!

Hey guest what is that .sis they sent you becuase i have a similar problem and i can't get my 7650 to work. Please help because i don't really want to take my phone to Nokia.

i'm also afraid to send it to nokia coz as far as i know they cannot fix it no matter what!! anyway ill upload the .sis ... kindly wait for my post ...

Please find attached a fix for the problems that you are having with PhoneSecure. The fix can be applied as follows:
1.While the phone is on, connect to the phone from a PC via Bluetooth.
2.Use the Nokia PC Suite to install PhoneSecureFix.sis.
3.Select ‘Replace’ when the software asks if you wish to replace PhoneSecure.
4.Select ‘Skip’ when the software displays a message that there is a problem with the installation - this is because PhoneSecure is still running.
5.When installation is complete, remove the battery from the phone.

On restarting the phone, PhoneSecure will no longer be enabled.
