cant set new profile for phone

:-? Help, cant 'find required help in Nokia forums or help files.
Problem?
I can select existing profiles from phone or communicator but cannot select New in the profiles section as the response as soon as you enable profiles is "Cannot locate object " Durr. Is it me, or has some software become corrupt , if so what!!!!
Have managed to get wap and Email working OK, but need a web site that loads quickly for internet searching whilst on the move: any suggestions!

Thanks for the previous replies. I opted to load Nokia suite onto laptop and then use synchronise between laptop and PC. Bit longwinded but seems to work.

😃 sorted it, Note I did'nt get any help from the forum.
Solution, Reload all internal software after downloading from Nokia site (very useful place but did'nt get any help from there either).
Please note you can do this via the IR link you don't have to have aworking cable connection. I have trouble with cables cos I use a GPS and a Psio S5 on the desktop PC.
