where can flash 3650 in Singapore?

Does this answer mean you can get your phone flashed at any Nokia center? I don't think you can.

Hmm the people at NCC in Singapore told me i can bring my 3650 down to any NCC to have it evaluated if they can flash my OS to the latest English firmware since i am using a Chinese edition phone. So maybe its possible?

Actually, they should be able to flash them, even if they don't have the facilities to do actual repairs (which requires more skills, tools, spare parts, etc.).

Maybe I should have said I don't think you can get upgraded to new firmware at all of the NCC. I think some will need to send your phone on for this--or at least that is what one of our Eastern European (or Russian) forum regulars said once.
