Can't delete item

Hey. There are a few progams like stacker and smart launcher that when i try to delete them it says that i can't. Any Suggestions? 😞

Close/disable them first and if necessary, restart the phone and then try again.

Try to delete them through Manager from Tools...

Try to disable as said before,via TASK MANAGER(pressing menu button),if not helped,dont FORMAT IT!!!(*#7370#),dont do it,coz i know guys who did it and then their 3650s,died.

Another question on deleting items, once you have installed an app is it OK to delete the "ini" files that are left scattered about?
