A user - mosquito,claimed that a range of IP's he was using were banned for a reason unknown to him.He asked an explanation from Rafe.

Probably someone on the same ISP abusing the service, unfortunately until the IP system is revised and permanent IPs are commonplace this is going to remain an issue.
We only have 1 ip blocked ...
I haven't met a lot of people who have a static IP so we should never ban on ip ...
Anyway, mosquito just made an mistake 😊
