"Smart" call timer

I was just wondering if anyone knew of an application for the 3650 that could keep track of the minutes used for calls, for example, it would be able to differentiate between peak and off peak minutes, monitor your internet usage in kB. Of course this program would also reset itself on the day your billing cycle ends. Such a program would be extraordinarily useful to those of us without unlimited anytime minutes/megabytes. If such a program doesn't exist, would someone consider writing one

There's an app called call timer which is useful but it doesn't do kb's. Doesn't the phone's own log do that?

As for phone time monitoring, I'm not sure if there's anything out there that can track it in the detail you're looking for, but as far as a data tracker goes, check out your Log|GPRS counter... it seems to be quite good at monitoring all GPRS sent/received data.

I believe the app is call counter not call timer. It will total all peak and off peak calls. SMS counter is good too.

I also guessed that the program would be called a "timer", and not a "counter", thus using the search engines on this site were fruitless. I did a search on that program Call Counter, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the tip!

You're welcome. 😊 One very small problem with call counter i think is it doesn't allow for weekends and public holidays as off peak periods. Or does it?

Doh! Thanks for pointing that out. Call counter does not take such circumstances as weeekends or holidays into consideration. Looks like I won't be buying it after all...
