Help help.I just got my P800 and i just installed my first freeware app,myBuddies. When i tap on it, it runs the exits immediately with the following error message :
PROGRAM CLSOED
Program myBuddies
Reason code E32USER-CBase
Reason number 15
Anyone knows how to solve it ? i tried the 0.7 and 0.75 version.Both reported to me this error.
I have that same problem.DOn't know how to solvE that. Anyone cAN aSSiSt ?
Master reset it as in format the whole phone?
Or... perhaps is the different version of the phoneware???
ive used mybuddies (lurve it!) on firmware R1D and now R2F with no problems at all. i would sugges you remove it, remove all references to it in your phone (use PC File Manager) and then re-install it.

I had this problem many times and if you uninstall the apps and so even the files in both C and D system/data/myBuddies from filemananger. Then install it again and setup the preferences like before and its gonna work fine. I did that maybe about 10 times already in 4 mounths but it�s very easy.
Hmmm..i have reinstalled it over and over again. If i do a bluetooth connection to my PC and run myBuddies, it works, but the minute i use another wireless connection,in Singapore, call Sunsurf. It just shows me the same error. ANyone has other solutions to this problem.
