I just found that the Jotter application has the following error whenever I start it,

Program Error: ETEXT
Reason Code:25

I've try master reset, the program works fine. Without any other applications installed, just sync it with my Outlook folders on PC and the error appears. My Outlook "notes" data work perfectly OK and just before the error code appears, it shows all my notes title on the P800.

Anybody come across the same problem 😞 ? Or should I take the phone for service.

I think that happens after I upgrade the firmware from R1D to R2F.

Sounds like there might be something in one of your notes in Outlook that Jotter doesn't like. If it's happening on start-up, I'd assume it is something in the header\title. Have a look at the last couple of notes you added before the problem occured. Are there any hidden charcters in there? Try removing the headers from those notes in Outlook, re-typing them in and then synch again.
