Use 3650 like a webcam (GUIDE)

Hi,i'm italian and first of alla i want to excuse me for my bad english 😞
Could someone help me to use my 3650 like a webcam creating a guide step by step to configure RemoteS60 and the software(which one?)to use my cellular like a webcam?Thank U.

I tried the 3650 solution to use it as a web cam in a 7650 and.... It works fine.
