screen not aligned

hi ,i couldn't find this anywhere but lately i have had the problem w/ screen being unaligned in virtual screen for ex. i hit the 4 and get the two and so for everything else! i tried realigning screen and even mastered reset. Anyone any idea?

Try going to CONTROL PANEL>DEVICE>DISPLAY>CALIBRATE
