Sorry for posting this here but I thought some of you may have had a T68i before your P800 on o2. The thing is my girlfriend has a T68i and has rang o2 numerous times trying to get the mms to work.The settings for mms or gprs or both are wrong somewhere.I cant see exactly where myself and was hoping maybe someone on o2 pre pay (genie sim) could tell me what exactly should be shown in the settings like as in a list. I would be greatful if someone here that knows can kindley tell me.Ive tryed at other forums to which ive found people to be less than helpful and knowing there are some more mature people here I thought I would try here. Thank you if you can help.

Have you tried the SE configurator?

And select Phone Configurator from the top.
The settings can be correct in your handset but you will need the SIM provisioned for MMS. Ask to get it reprovisioned if they say it already is.
Also, the settings will differ between PAYG and Contract usually. Make sure you get the right ones...
Thats the thing, o2 said it has been provisiond. Had settings from that site sent aswell but its still the same.Even had the settings sent over the phone from o2 and its still not right.All the correct info about pre pay etc was given to o2 and I must say they are usless ha.What would be good is if someone on o2 pay n go (genie sim) could list what is actually shown for mms and gprs for a T68i, that way I can and we would know if the sim HAS actually been provisioned properly by o2. Could someone list what is actually suposed to be in the mms and gprs settings please?
I'm with O2 (though on contract not pre-pay) and was told when I got my P800 that they currently don't support both web gprs and mms being enabled on one handset. Sounded a bit stupid to me (and at the time I put it down to ill-informed Link staff) but I've never gotten round to chasing down the truth :-?

It does help actually n I was told the same by o2 when I had my P800. More to the point, I think im getting somewhere with this T68i problem. In the mms settings I noticed user id and password wer missing so I fill it in as user id being payandgo and password as in password (as it should be) she sent me a mms pic and I recieved it but when I sent her mms it came up as a box with an X. I tryed sending her 3 different types of mms, one was animated, the next was a still pic and the other was a pic I took with my camera.They all came up as a box with an X. Any idea to whats wrong here? The pics I sent wer small like 5kb-20kb so its not as if there big. The phone I used to send them is a nokia 7210 but they came up as a box with a X.Ive sent pics from my P800 to a T68i by bluetooth n that worked so what do you think is wrong here?
