This thread included a poll: What daya think?

hi moyboy! im using launcher too.. how can i make my phone like that? how can i change the icons and the skins for toolbar?? there's also a skin editor on my phone but dont know on how could i change the folder icons..

thnx!

You can make your own skn file by modifying an existing one. Just use Skin Editor to edit: background and icons. The background image should be as big as your screen, it's 176 x 208 on a 3650. Each icon consist of the image itself and its mask, both shouldn't be taller than 30 pixels, otherwise they'll be cropped out. Use any image editor (Photoshop, ImageReady, etc.) and saved them as GIFs using adaptive palette. Send them to your 3650 by whatever means and once again use Skin Editor to assign custom icons. They're on the last panel in edit mode!

After you're satisfied you can delete all the images from your image browser or with FExplorer. Finally locate the skn file itself, it's located in your system folder ([C]or[E]:\system\Data\LNSkins)

Hope this helps! :robot:

Jasel if you use sLauncher you can just download the zip file and install all the icons at once!

i've posted this so many times but no-one wants to answer. How do you apply the skins you download?PLZZZZZZ. help would be appreciated

You should read sLauncher's and Skin Editor's documentation on SymbianWare's website before asking such basic questions, but in short, send the skin file to your phone, start Skin Editor,it will check for skins in your inbox and ask you if you want to transfer them to the skin directory, you should answer yes. After that you can choose the skin from sLauncher's options menu.
