I can't sync contacts or anything into MS OUTLOOK 2002 even setting it in Internet Explorer to handle CONTACTS and everything else. In my sync station only shows WINDOWS ADDRESS BOOK - CONTACTS.
No Sync Options
Did you install PC Suite before you installed Outlook 2002? This might be the problem. You need to have Outlook 2002 installed, before you install the PC Suite
Hope this solves it...
Nice mouse-pointer by the way 😃
Yeap.I had Outlook installed before i had my PC Suite.
Which version of PCSuite are you using? And what operating system do you have?
Windows 2000 and the PC SUITE 1.4.2.0 which came from the box..didn't update to anything..everything is at it is packed.
This may be a far fetched advice but try it out.
Look in control panel -> internet options -> programs
- is MS Outlook selected as the default e-mail app? If yes, damn! I'm out of ideas. If not, select and restart (maybe even reinstall?) your pc suite.
I've uninstalled both MS OFFICE and PC SUITE and did a REinstallation. Thereafter when i went back in to the sync setting, i could select Outlook BUT then the below error message popped up and i tried again and this time unable to select Outlook anymore, back to the same error i was stuck in.
i have the same problem..
Is it possible that this is due to some kind of lanuage conflict btw pc suite and office? Are you using the "same" language?
yes..!!
