Restoring SMS Messages and Bookmarks ONLY — Sony Ericsson P800, P900 and P910

I just upgraded my firmware from R1B to R2F and did a clean install of all the apps I use regularly, and then a full sync with Outlook to reload all my contacts, tasks and calendar.

I have a backup made just before the firmware was updated, but there are several apps that I do not want to restore in this backup.

I want to selectively restore ONLY the following from this backup:
1. SMS messages
2. Opera bookmarks
3. Internet bookmarks

Can anyone tell me where these files would be on the backup (I can open the backup file with Winzip and browse its contents without any problems) and whether simply moving these files to the phone and overwriting the existing versions using FileManager will do the trick.

The biggest flaw for PC Suite is no selection on what files/folders to restore :-?

U can put back ur sms with file manager its a the c:\system\mail directory
works fine i did that to for points 2 u could try to put back ur opera..mbm
from ur opera directory no idea if this works never tried it
for point 3 c:\custom\system\apps\browser\folders\bookmarks andput that back this olso i havent tried so
