I got my new 3650. When I installed the SIM card it was working properly n then after i played a bit wid it .... i really do not know what happened ....but now it fades out every now and then + shows no service provider signal at all + can hear no ring tones + i can not make / receive calls + when i tried callin my 3650 using the landline it goes to my voice mail ....... i really do not know whats wrong !!!!
Is there any way i can TOTALLY RESET my phone ..... so it I have it as brand new once again...... Please help!

eek, did you drop it or something? :S
i think you can do a master reset on the phone by typing in *#7370#. your phone will ask for an unlock code, which should be 12345 unless you have changed it. although this does rely on you being able to boot the phone, so that's probs not much help.
sounds like you are going to need to take it back to the shop, i'm afraid.
definitely take it back!!! they should give you a brand new one if you go there in a week from buying it

I also encountered the same problem. When I turn my phone, the nokia sign will appear but then it will fade out then the sign reappears then fades out.
I only had this phone for almost a month. I placed it for repairs.
I did not even drop the phone. It was working that night and after certain minutes, it's dead.
Bummer...
It hapened 2 me too.Repair said memory was corrupted.Ive dwnloaded an app with a virus.Be careful,u had been warned.
