Hi guys,
I want to change my entire n3650's skin.Not only the menu of it .I have download the smart launcher but it is only changing the menu skin of my 3650.Are there any programs that change the entire skin of my 3650 include the operator logo,wallpaper and the color of desktop ?
Please help me
You don't need sLauncher to change the wallpaper,operator logo or the color of the desktop.You can change the operator logo manualy or by using some third party app like FXexplorer.You can change the wallpaper from Tools-Settings-Phone-Standby Mode-Background Image.You can change the desktop color from Tools-Settings-Phone-Display-Colour Palette.
Please search the forum before asking such basic questions.

Tatuagem , i want to change my skin like your avatar.How can i do that .If there is a program to change it can you please tell me where can i download ?
OK ColDSense, follow GhostDog's instructions and you WILL get a phone looking like Tatuagem's
1. if you change the operator logo using FExplorer you put whatever you want next to the clock. Tatuagem's clock was just set to 6:66AM giving the 666 apperance
2. his main image is just a piccy that's been changed using a photo manipulation prog such as PSP or photoshop.
He got the red background from changing his colour pallete.
but.... as to how he's managed to get Hell in his avatar (unless it's been photoshoped in there) I have no idea.
Learn by doing man - you'll remember things a lot better if you do it thatway.

Right on, havoc!!!! Just a couple of small notes:
It's impossible to set a clock to 6:66 and the pic wasn't manipulated... plus the avatar is an exact screenshot of how I had the phone's look set up at the time, (apart from the 6:66 thing, of course) ; ))). 😃 Look at the other things you can use as shortcuts and you'll figure out the Hell and Back part... =)
Tatuagem you are only praiseing . I know you did a great job but i want how you did ? By the way there isn't a red colour pallete in my phone.
In the end i will learn how to do but why are you wasteing my time .Please tell me how can i ?

Delete C:\system\apps\phone\oplogo and E:\system\apps\phone\oplogo directories.
Excellent. Nothing like the traditional/standard look and feel of the 3650 on a rainy Saturday night in Hong Kong.
This is how to place "Hell" or smth. as a sign to a softkey.
1-create a fake e-mail account in your built-in e-mail client.
2-name it "Hell" for example
3-go to settings->Phone settings->Left softkey-> then choose your word from the list and enjoy!
Whoops! I forgotten. To activate red(pink and orange) colour in your menu you need a Pallette Extender application.
Right on.
