is there a ftp program that would let me access my pc, and my pc access my phone using bluetooth? for the 3650

what do you mean with "access"? you can access our phone using PC Suite from Nokia and you can control your phone using Remote Series 60 from I don't know who... just do a search here in AAS...

as for controlling your computer using your phone, theres also some kind of software that allows some limited control, but I don't remember the name...

Why would you want to use FTP for transfers to your PC? You will have the PPP, TCP/IP and FTP protocols as overhead bringing the transfer speed down. I think a serial transfer will be much faster.
