i tried everything i can but i can't get to add a new card to the phonebook,when i click add new card it says kern-exec 3 program terminated or sometimes it just shut off the phone,i hard reset the phone but it didn't work too lol but anyway i can live this way too

DO you have space doubler installed + Contacts Compressed Automatically???
If so, try not having the contacts compressed automatically...
