I recently changed my phone's casing to mineral gray. Is there anyway I can change the color of my virtual keypad and background to match my new casing?
Appreciate your inputs.
Thanks

How much did it cost you? 😊
Handy Day and I assume Active Desk or Tracker will let you do this.
They each offer loads of colour schemes, but I still find the original is the best visually.
Where you get your new shell from, and how much?
You can use Color Schemes from Psiloc, the application is a little complicated though..
Hey vtr,
How did you change your casing and how much did it cost you? 😮
this is interesting. i want to change my casing too but would it void the warranty if we are going to change it? :-?
Think he's gone.
Probably changing the case is not something that SE wants to advertise,
so some large men in black suits have come and betamaxed him. :robot:
it is available in our sony ercisson service center here in the philippines..
[quote="Mus"]Hey vtr,

It's avail here in the Philippines for about $30USD excluding the flip keypad. Kit consists of (Front casing, flip cover, Power button, 1 gray stylus, battery cover & antenna cover)
Got it from our official SE ServicePoint. Since my phone's under warranty, they install casing for free. the only thing they don't change is the back silver/white casing where the camera lens and serial number of phone is. The blue part on the lefthand side of the phone where the jog/dial is, is part of the front casing kit.
Now my problem is that my virtual keypad is color light blue and does not match my new mineral gray casing.
*** by the way, if official service point does the change, it does not void warranty. :fadein:
Thanks vtr, I wonder if the SE service centers here in Australia offer the same service. I will look into that.
Also, did they allow you to keep the light blue casing?

yes, have my complete blue casing as well. Am actually waiting for them to carry the gray flip keypad as well so I have the option of using with or without keypad.
Where in Australia are you from? Have some relatives coming over from sydney early next month, If they don't have the casing avail there, I may be able to send a couple of sets through my cousins.

Ive experienced sa weird discolored artifacts when I experimented with color schemes so I dont suggest using it 😞 It happpen when I was trying to make my color scheme black... then the upper part(Where the 5 short cuts are on flip down mode) had tiny smudges of black on its blue background(with white web design)
Tracker and activedesk dont have options to change color I think, just handyday 😊
@vtr: do you mean Semicon changes the casing? 😊 Semicond Cebu doesnt have this option yet 😞
Not semicon, smartnet. I can order case and ship you if you're interested.
