How to remove apps,especially psiloc task manager

Ive dwnloaded psiloc's tsk mngr,snce then an alert msg always pop up saying,"app. clsed,sddaemon SYS EXEC-3",im thnking dat it is because of the tsk mngr.pls help,tnx.
