Globe subs... what email server do you use in messages?

😞 I tried creating an acct w/ hotpop and copied the settings to my unit... but it just wont connect... it always prompts me w/ "connection timed out!" what am I to do? :cry: please help me fellow Globe users! thanks so much in advance! 😃

Here is all the information you should need to help you set up your mail client:

Incoming/POP Server: pop.hotpop.com
Username: [email protected]
Outgoing/SMTP Server: smtp.hotpop.com*
Email Address: [email protected]
Reply-To Address: [email protected] (or any other email address you have)
Leave Messages on server: false (some clients will instead have a "Delete messages from server" option, which should be set to true).
Maximum Message Size: 500 KB
Mailbox Size: 10 MB
Mailbox Usage: 0% (15.9 KB)
*HotPOP's outgoing (SMTP) mail server requires authentication. The username and password are the same as the POP Server and website. Do not select "secure" password authentication.

These are the settings that I copied unto my unit... me need help m8s! :cry:
