Mobile Messenger for p800 vs 12PlanetIM

mobile messenger actually crashed out on me each time i tried to use it, so i use 12p, i love it

Mobile Messenger requires AppForge, so that makes 12Planet IM an automatic winner 😃

BTW, I like JavaMSN (jMSN) as well
Yeah, you're right! I hate that appforge thingy too.

But u like 12Planet more, right?
I always liked jMSN better. But when I installed JMSN 1.4 (the latest version) I chatted with someone, and I didn't receive the messages the other sent me :-? He had to communicate with me changing his nickname everytime  Now I don't really trust JMSN anymore... I usually go online now with my laptop and my P800 connected via bluetooth... 😃

Last few days I used IM+ (mostly Yahoo. It also has AOL, ICQ, MSN but I only tested with MSN) and it seems it is the best messenger I tried in terms of stability. Nothing to complain about its functioniality but hope they add some more feature next time (Emotion and more loud alarm when my friends send a message etc)

i do, it takes little space up too

Ive had the same problem with 1.3 .. i think it has to do with their nicknames because i could receive msgs from ppl with plain nicknames but not from others ..

I cant get 12 Planet IM to work with MSN IM. All other GPRS connections work fine. It just sits at the singing in screen and finally dies, asking for me to enter another login.

hi everyone im new to this gprs thing so please be patient with me. i dont want my phone bill to be a couple hundred bucks when i get the bill so i would just like to ask how do the gprs charges count when u chat online using the im+. does it charge for sending and recieving or both. and also how many bytes is does a message takes? thanx in advance guys
