HELP: Bluetooth error message?

Dear all,

Can you help me out? Everytime I try and switch bluettoth on from the Connect menu an error message come up "Bluetooth:system error". I have tried a soft-reset and now a hard reset and still the error keeps on appearing. What can I do, remembering i can't communicate with the phone via bluetooth, so there goes my plan to reinstall files!

just done a search of the forum, kinda like what I shoulda done in the first bleeding place. Seems likes a common problem requiring a firmware upgrade, or, flashing the device, or, most gratifying having the device replaced from my local Nokia Service Center.
