Does anyone know how to do a Master Reset with hardware? ie the phone won't turn on.

I'm not sure about this,but i don't think you can.The communicator had this option,by pressing a combination of keys(Not sure about this too 😃)
"Phone won't turn on" can often be solved by holding the power button in for at least ten seconds -- give it 15.
Nothing seems to happen, but if you release it then press it again (once) the phone comes back up.
I've had this a couple of times after the PC Suite has crashed out during phone reset.
