Im sure you all know that we can insert a smiley on our sms's but the prob is they appear as ordinary text on other peoples phones. Now that my GF has a P800 too I can use these smileys and animated icons a lot! is there a way to add more on the phone?

No, you can't because all ems supported phones comes with a standard set of smilies and icons.. but I supposed you can replace it with your own icons but that would only work locally.
Next best thing is you can send te EMS pics to alot of phones, and you can draw them yourself!

but i would love to know if i can actually see the smileys in my nokia 6630, just like one can see the smileys in most Sony Ericsson sets.
i mean can i see the cartoon character instead of simple text?

werewolf: I don't think this is possible,however some nokia devices do offer support for graphical smileys, like the 6085.
