What do the status reports actually show?

is it when the pending cell phone has recieved the message or when they open it? or something else

(sms) so when it's recieved on the other persons phone?

so say if they had it turned off, and i sent a sms to them, when they turn there phone on, would i recieve the report then? (with the function activated of course)

Yep thats it and in some cases its even when the phone is turned off u will get a report sayin not delivered and once the other side turns it on u will get another report sayin delivered

Nope olso 4 sms and from firmware R2D there is a seperate tab to turn it on for each sms individualy
