is there any software to change the background say every 10 mins? or somthing like that?

no,there is no such prog yet.I know such feature is in Samsung phones..

How about you go to the screen where you choose wallpaper, close your eyes and move the joystick around at random then press the button and voila! You'll have a random wallpaper!

this would be cool but I tend to change the colour of my menu-bars to fit in with the wallpaper (i.e. a fiery dragon would have a red background)

samsung phones do not change its background image every 10 minutes...
its only uses an animated gif as wallpaper.. thus it will animate.... just like what we can do using extended profiles pro...
