Help me how to use screen saver

Hi There, please help me how to use screen saver for nokia 3650, I have already install that software but when the application is running the phone show Appl Err Kerne........ why? i setting the screen saver with animated gif plssss help me????? or i must setting like what??? i put my animation gif on my image folder memory card........... thanks
