Bluetooth Crashes Pc

Need some advice as I have spent about a week connecting my n3650 to my pc via bt. I can now get the two connected but as soon as they are I cant disconnect again and the bluetooth tray item wont do anything.

Ive tried disabling my firewall but that makes no difference. It looks like BT stack is conflicting with something as the only way I can get pc working again is to reboot. When doing this I get a message about Btstack not responding.

As you can probably tell, Im a novice at all this so any help would be appreciated

Whose Bluetooth hardware? Which drivers? Have you checked if the manufacturer has any newer ones in case those cause the problem? What, exact, steps do you take to connect? What are the complete error messages?

phyhhe> What kind of device that you have? Do you have the latest drivers? What is your OS version....supports BT?

1.3.2 Drivers " that was in the cd that cames with my bluetooth " my OS crashed but with the new one didn't....for my device the drivers are 1.3.2.19 I'm using TDK Blue BT.
