No longer knackered 9210

Further to my previous comments regarding my apparently knackered 9210, it has suddenly started working again!!
Although backed up onto my laptop, I decide to see if I could get it to back up onto my new pc. After messing about for some time, I decided to plud in the mains charger, although it was showing 2/3 bars of battery strength. After a few minutes, I found that pressing the main buttons at the top of the keyboard brought up some detail on the screen, and a further few minutes later, the screen was fully lit and and the various menus were once again available.
Also, on the phone side, people had been able to hear me, but I couldn't hear them, but now the phone is back to normal too.
So, apparently success!! and no need to continue looking at eBay!!
