Help ME for my RM-675

whenever i try to refurbish my RM-675 to delight 6.2 via phoenix version 48366.
after test mode is show in my phone and the process starts but then my laptop crashes. Blue screen of death. each time i try gives same. i disabled the antivirus still no change. can any 1 help me with that?
