Hardware specs

I'm interested to know the these hardware specs about Nokia 3650 (and 7650):

- ARM processor type
- Internal RAM memory size (and how it's used with work memory, disks, etc.)
- Flash memory size

1. 104MHz ARM9, if i remember it right
2. 3,2MB
3. 4MB.

It's VGA-camera, ~0,3 megapixels.

Thanks, but I meant the physical memory stick sizes. I know P800 has 16MB internal RAM, what about 3650?. With flash memory I meant the "Z-drive". Is has to be ~20MB since the disk usage is ~17.5MB.
