I rang Sony Ericsson and they told me the nearest centre was in Southampton! (Getting on for a 100 miles away)
Does anyone know somewhere in south Devon/Exeter area I can get the firmware upgraded and ask about grey cover kits?

BTW I also asked about the ability to upgrade at home. The chap said it was coming but he didn't know when...
Well I found something closer but it's still not ideal. Apparently the Carphone Warehouse store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol can do the upgrade if you drop the phone in to them and pick it up later. Failing that it's a postal job to SE or via Vodafone. 😞
