Zero key not working

Hi all

Require some help. 😊

My Zero key has stopped working. Bloody frustrating! :evil:

Need some help/advise :angel: on resolving this.

Go to your local NSC. Sounds like a hardware problem. 😞
I had 2 rows of keys stop working and something had to be resoldered. Good thing my warranty still covered that...

Yeah!

I have rung them today. Taking in later today along with my 5210, mic breaks up when talking.

Will post the result/fix.

I've had problems with keys not working, or not working properly. So far I've found they get better with use. Hope yours is easily sorted.
