Is there any way to makje these java games i donwlaod from WAp full screen? instead of them being in a small window?

No, if they were not specifically written for Series 60 phones.

E.g., GameLoft has Java games specifically written for Series 60 (Nokia 7650, Nokia 3650, etc.), and they use the full screen resolution.
